The Clovelly 225 is one of Fairhaven’s most loved designs. Catering for many different lifestyles, its 11.5m frontage fits perfectly on many standard blocks. The Surfcoast façade, was designed with a contemporary coastal feel, with the raked ceiling a feature to the front and interior. The feature grey brick contrasts with the surrounding colours and materials. Rendered elements ground the home with the cladding drawing in texture.

Increased 2590mm-high ceilings and square set plaster heighten rooms, keeping the finish clean and modern. Contemporary feature tiles cleverly provide character and contrast.

At just over 7m, the Kitchen and Meals area is comfortable and practical. Oak finishes continue throughout, creating contrast to the white walls and grey floor tiles. Feature timber cladding zones the Family area where you find a plaster niche for the TV. The extended Covered Outdoor Area increases the feel of the interior as it comfortably fits an outdoor dining setting. Three Bedrooms are at the rear with built-in robes, Bathroom and separate WC provides that extra bit of privacy.
