Young couple Nick and Bella always wanted to build their own home and couldn’t wait to move into their first home together.

“The [colour selection] process was very easy and straight forward with good visibility on pricing for upgrades.” says Bella
“Even though the online questionnaire form that we were required to complete and submit before heading in for the appointment was quite lengthy,
it enabled the Myhaven team to streamline the process for us and have our preferred colours ready for us to look at.” Bella concluded.
The style that would best describe their Ballina 250 would be a hybrid of styles. “We like Modern design but with a Scandi colour palette.”
They chose the Providence façade, which is their favourite feature of the home. “We love how it has a timeless and classic look.”
Nick and Bella’s favourite part of building “was the excitement of driving past and seeing the house coming together week by week.”

The happiest moment for the build was setting up their now eight-month-old daughter Olivia’s nursery when they moved in, as they welcomed her into the world only two weeks after their move in date.
